The AGM for Upper Eden First Responders will take place at Kirkby Stephen Mountain Rescue base starting at 7pm, this Wednesday, 1st November.

On Tuesday 21st March several members of the Upper Eden Community First Responder team will be presented to HRH Princess Anne on her visit to Kirkby Stephen Mountain Rescue Team. The Mountain Rescue team has invited several community groups they work with to take part in the royal visit. The Upper Eden CFRs use the Mountain Rescue base for their training sessions and occasionally call on the Mountain Rescue team to help reach patients in bad weather. The royal visit starts at around 2pm and lasts for around 45 minutes. The first responders will have a display of the equipment they carry to callouts and training mannikins and defibrillators.
